Refund & Repair

We do not offer returns and exchanges on any pieces as a quality check is thoroughly done before the piece is shipped out. All purchases are final. In case of a special case (for example, an international order where in the customer denies to pay the shipping charges, a piece is not delivered) a refund may be initiated after an examination of the situation. The transaction fees for this transaction however is to be borne by the customer. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected.
