SHIPPING

When can I expect the delivery once the order has been placed?            

We typically ship within 4-5 working days of receiving an order for orders placed within India. For international orders, there is 10-12 days of shipping time. On pre-orders, expect upto 8 weeks of production time, following which the shipping period becomes active. 

Incase you need your piece urgently, email us on ridhiasranijewelry@gmail.com and we'll do our best to get it to you asap.

What about customs and duties?

Ridhi Asrani ships from India, so barring international orders all our pieces will be duty free. If you're placing an order from anywhere else, you might be subject to duties. 

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of India may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country  You will be responsible for these charges.

We're also not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping across India, unless you need it on a more urgent basis - in which a small additional charge would be applied.

Shipping charges are directly calculated as per the region on check out.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL/Fedex to ship out international couriers and for domestic orders, we've partnered with a trustworthy national local carrier.
